Harbour Point
This urban residential scheme embodies Mevic’s design ethos of clarity of structure, material honesty, and timeless modernism, delivering a composed yet expressive mid-rise development. Comprising 36 premium apartments across five storeys, the project balances high-density efficiency with spatial generosity, all set within a finely calibrated architectural language of rhythm, proportion, and light.
Materiality is central to the project’s identity. The use of hand-laid red brick establishes a sense of permanence and craftsmanship, while contemporary anodized aluminum elements provide contrast, precision, and lightness. This dialogue between solid and void, weight and transparency, underpins the design language. Finishes are warm and refined, reinforcing the project’s calm modernism.

Sustainability is embedded from first principles: passive ventilation strategies, deep façade reveals, and efficient thermal envelopes reduce energy use, while the use of local materials supports low-carbon construction. Rooftop solar infrastructure and shared green amenity spaces reinforce a community-centred, environmentally responsive approach.

Massing responds sensitively to neighbouring contexts, while visual impact studies and daylight assessments demonstrated the scheme’s positive contribution to the local grain. The building is not an imposition but a confident addition anchored, precise, and quietly monumental.
This development reflects Mevics’ enduring approach: modern architecture as a product of logic, elegance, and performance where rigour meets restraint, and every detail carries intention.
