Hazelwood Heights
This ambitious urban development redefines modern multi-residential living through a vertically integrated mixed-use strategy. The ten-storey dual-wing block accommodates 112 residential apartments above a dynamic ground-level plinth that activates the public realm with co-working, wellness, and retail programmes. Carefully orchestrated in form and function, the building is designed around principles of rhythm, access, and adaptability, delivering a contemporary community-centred lifestyle model.
Internally, residential units range from studio apartments to three-bedroom flats, all designed with an emphasis on light, flexibility, and spatial hierarchy. Each home opens onto generous balconies or terraces, allowing for indoor-outdoor living, while full-height windows and sliding doors maximise daylight and long views. Shared residents’ lounges, landscaped podium terraces, and dedicated relaxation areas elevate the communal experience beyond conventional residential models

Sustainability and wellbeing are embedded from first principles. Passive solar orientation, green roofs, permeable surfaces, and smart energy systems reduce environmental impact, while generous amenity provision supports mental and physical wellbeing. Bicycle storage, EV charging bays, and walkable access to local transport reinforce sustainable urban mobility.

Materially, the building speaks a language of contrast and cohesion. A monochromatic palette of grey-toned brickwork, white-rendered balcony shells, and dark metal balustrades lends the scheme a timeless clarity. Texture is used intentionally; brick adds tactility and grounding, while smooth surfaces provide lightness and reflectivity. These tactile contrasts reinforce the architectural narrative of weight and suspension, solidity and openness.
