As the homes share common structures, party wall surveying expertise was essential. The works were carefully managed under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, with notices issued to neighbours, schedules of condition prepared, and agreements put in place to safeguard adjoining properties. This ensured a smooth process, avoiding disputes and protecting all parties involved.
